The location is superb. The train station is very near but the hotel is not noisy.
Hotel is small and a bit old.

Good hotel for a good price. In a good area, right next to a skytrain station. Hotel stuff is very nice and helpful. They were happy to make us a breakfast at 6am because we need to leave earlier.

The fact that it was close to the Skytrain station and it was clean
Some of the staff were a bit abrupt and the windows in the room were very small

Free wifi and clean room. Close to bts. Though after staying at Regent Silom I am not sure if it is a plus...
This is very basic hotel - not 3*, even not 2*. 14 sq m with old furniture, in the courtyard facing to multistory parking and backside of some buildings. No safe. Poor breakfast. All wet floor after shower as there is only curtain. Old tv - when I saw this just turned off for do not harm my eyes and didn't check any channels. Worst hotel I've ever stayed for 15 years of travelling. It can be chosen only if you are sure that won't be able to walk far after visiting Patpong bars. And definitely not for 1500 baht per night as I paid. (in advance by the way). Thanks to Booked.net staff I cancelled booking. Then moved to other hotel. Much better, same district.

The hotel location is good and close to mrt station. It is very convinient to move around in Bangkok city. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the hotel is clean.
We chose this hotel because it provide free wifi. The internet speed is good enough for internet surfing only. Once you use it for email respond, it is very slow and sometine error. We find it hard time to respond email. Please look into this importance access for most travellers today.

Well excellent location..good clubs, metro station, 24x7 stores and roadside shopping at walking distance
There are only 3 problems. One a lady called Rye ( she prounces as "I"), she is very rude and blunt. Doesnt look like someone who should be at reception. Rest of the staff is quite cordial but she seems to call all the shots in morning, maybe she is more senior to them. Second hotel is very inflexible on late checkout. Even if u are a regular visitor and stay for several nights at a go they wud want to charge u extra even if u are 1 hr late beyond normal check out time of 12. even 5 star hotels are so flexible but this hotel wants to mint money Thirdly, food room service is hardly there. they have a tie up with Bug n Bee restaurant but they most of the times refuse to pick phone or refuse to deliver..even though they charge 10% extra as service tax and insist on cash before delivery

May be, because we toned down our expectations as this being a 3-start hotel, we found the hotel to be good value for money (I have come across worse for more than the usd 45/night at Regent Silom). The rooms are clean and towels/water renewed everyday. The location is great - particularly for some late evening/night strolls and shopping.
The first 2 things that strike the guest when accessing the rooms are, its small size, and the smell of tobacco/smoke (for someone who does not not smoke, this is irritating). English language is an obvious problem for the Reception staff, but again this is throughout the country which despite being much open to the tourism industry, the command of English by the locals is an issue (during our 11 days in Thailand, we have come across only one person - a street vendor - who speaks English fluently, and he hails from Myanmar). The Reception Staff in general are quite 'pushy' bordering 'arrogance' in some cases - definitely not Customer oriented. The location may not be particularly recommended for young children, where street vendors without any ethics, thrust forward pornographic CDs to young children (although accompanied by parents).
